We’re a woman-owned mobile pop-up bookstore based in Columbus, Ohio bringing a thoughtfully curated collection of manga, graphic novels, manhwa, danmei, and so much more to the community - turning every stop into a space where women’s stories take center stage.

We support feminine-forward design and recognize the vital role women play in shaping fandom and creative communities. Our mission is to cultivate a lasting home for beautiful artwork, compelling stories, and the passionate audiences who keep them alive.

We're both avid fanfiction and manga readers, inspired by our favorite stories and characters. Combined with our passion for handmade and digital art, those influences became the foundation of what we wanted to build for Halftone Books.
